Weeks or Months Before Your Fair:

Update Competitions' Numbers, Descriptions and Prizes

Double-check Competitions' Prize and Points Data

Assign Exhibitor Numbers to All Possible Exhibitors

Print Mailing Labels for Catalogues / Prize Books

Prepare Lists of Possible Exhibitors in Divisions

Days Before Your Fair:

Print Judging Sheets

Update / Confirm the Prize Calculations Factors and Groups

Print the Exhibitor Lists - By Number, By Name

Assign Exhibitor Numbers to All Possible Exhibitors
While Your Fair is happening:

Update the Names, Numbers and Contact Info of Exhibitors
